*LONG* Parent-daughter problems. Any observant, compassionate advisors please?
Q: My daughter comes to visit him once or twice a year for a week or less across the country. It's always Christmas we give a lot of money. She recently came and spent some time with us.
A: I can not believe that. your daughter is a selfish woman ungreatful cruel. I do not understand why you want to be apart of her life when she clearly doesnot you deserve! next time she wants money to say NO. It should not be able to get rewarded for treating you this way and giving in its requirements, you are allowing.
What makes me so sad, because I have a sister who does the same thing to my parents now. Although they are not 80 (59 & 60), I tell them to continue living their lives with those who want to be around them and enjoy the good times my sister gives them. When she is in her mood, things go without it.
